# Admin Panel

The Admin Panel is only accessible to **System Administrators**.

## Dashboard

Overview cards showing:

- **Workspaces** — Total count broken down by plan (Free, Pro, Business, Enterprise).
- **Archive** — Items ready for archiving.
- **Templates** — Project template management.

## Workspace management

- View and manage all workspaces in the system.
- Filter and search workspaces.
- View workspace statistics.

## Archive management

- Review and manage items eligible for archiving.
- Perform batch archive operations.

## Template management

- Create and manage project templates.
- Templates can pre-configure states, labels, and other project settings for new projects.
